It applies the classical Vedic timing framework — daśā and transit cycles — to describe seasons: when a kind of effort has historically been considered well-supported, and when it hasn't. You decide what to do with that. Treat it as one input for reflection, not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
